Doug Castleman - Coach Castleman is originally from Northern Virginia. He has coached lacrosse at different levels from youth to high school for many years. Coach Castleman started coaching again in 2009, North Chatham's inaugural season and is the head coach of the Mustang Lacrosse Club middle school team. He also coaches the 5/6th grade Cardinals and the U9/U11 FCA Carolina Blackhawks summer travel team.
Coach Castleman currently resides in Pittsboro with his wife and 4 children.
Chris Mann - Coach Mann grew up outside of Syracuse and moved to North Carolina from Massachusetts in 2005 where he was active in the youth lacrosse community. In 2011 Coach Mann was named head coach at Carrboro High School.
Upon arriving in Chapel Hill, Coach Mann coached various youth teams through The North Carolina Lacrosse Academy in Raleigh and Rivals Lacrosse. In 2008, Coach Mann was a founding member of North Chatham Youth Lacrosse in Chapel Hill. He currently directs the boys and girls programs for North Chatham in addition to coaching the U11 Cardinal spring team and assits with the Carolina Blackhawks U9/U11 summer tournament team.
Coach Mann played football and club lacrosse at the college level and has experience coaching athletics at the high school, college, and semi-professional level.
Jeff Taylor - In 2008, Coach Taylor was a founding member of North Chatham Youth Lacrosse in Chapel Hill. Coach Taylor's father played lacrosse at The Naval Academy, and he has been around the game most of his life. Coach Taylor began playing lacrosse at age 9 when he played on the first recreational league lacrosse team in the Washington DC area. He spent his high school years playing in the young lacrosse program at J.W. Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax, Va.
Coach Taylor continued his playing career as a defenseman and long-stick midfielder at Hampden-Sydney College. Coach Taylor is excited to be able to help bring lacrosse to a new generation of players in Chatham County.
Cam Griffin - Coach Griffin is currently an assistant coach at Carrboro High School and assists with several of the Cardinal teams. He began playing lacrosse in 2001 in Southern Maryland for the Calvert Lacrosse Club as a midfielder. He attended and played at Huntingtown High School at middie and defense. Coach Griffin played for Trojan Select Lacrossee summer travel team. He has coached with the North Chatham Cardinals since 2009. Currently Coach Cam is in his Senior year at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
John Iason - Was born and raised on Long Island, New York. Coach Iason played midfield on the UNC varsity lacrosse team 1969 & 1970. The 1970 team was first UNC team to win its conference championship and first UNC team to be nationally ranked in the top ten (#7). Coach Iason moved back to Chapel Hill in 2008. Coach Iason is married with two grown children who live on west coast.

Cost approximately $10.00 - 15.00/hour each player depending on size of the group.
